Arizona in-person final quiz The State of Arizona requires drivers taking an online defensive driving course for ticket dismissal to take the final quiz in person to show photo ID. After taking the course, you can take the final quiz, online at Driving University, in front of any notary public. If you're taking defensive driving for a reason other than ticket dismissal, you are not required by the State of Arizona to use a notary public. Notary publics are state certified to witness and stamp signatures. The Arizona final quiz is not at all tricky or difficult; it's taken from DrivingUniversity.com and will only take about 10 minutes. The defensive driving quiz is graded electronically and Driving University will then notify the Arizona Court of your successful completion. Notary publics can be found in your city at www.superpages.com. Return To Top | Sign Up
