Arizona Pricing

The cost is made up of 4 parts:

1. School fee: $35

2. Citation issuing Court fee: Each Court charges its own fee ranging from $25-$100. A complete list of the court fees is shown below.

3. Arizona Supreme Court fee: $20

4. Arizona State Surcharge: $45 (applies only to citations dated 9/26/2008 & later)

As a requirement of the State of Arizona, Driving University collects and pays on your behalf the Citation Issuing Court fee (#2), the Supreme Court fee (#3), and the Arizona State Surcharge ($45) at the time you register and pay for the course. The course-taker DOES NOT pay fees directly to the citation issuing court or Supreme Court. To determine your cost, add $100 to your Court fee listed below.

Note: If you are taking the course for any reason other than for a court, the only cost of the course is the school fee which is $35.
