Q. How long is the final test? Can I also take it at home?
A. Arizona law requires that you take the final quiz in the presence of a notary public if you are taking it to get a traffic ticket dismissed. You will need photo ID. The final test is short, and it's all multiple choice. It usually takes about 10 minutes to finish. You do not need a notary if you're taking course for insurance reasons or for general knowledge. A. You will probably pass the first time. However, if you don't, you can re-take the quiz twice.

Q. Do I have to call the Court to say I've finished the course?
A. No, DrivingUniversity.com will take care of that for you. After you're done, we'll advise the court handling your ticket within one business day and mail your Notice of Completion. If you complete the final quiz by 2 pm PT Monday-Friday, the Court will receive notice from us the same day! If you finish after 2pm, we'll report it the following business day.

Final quiz for Arizona defensive driving.
Drivers taking defensive driving school for an Arizona traffic ticket are required by the State of Arizona to take the final quiz in front of any notary public where ID is shown. If taking defensive driving school for any reason other than a traffic ticket, this does not apply. Notaries are state certified to witness and sign documents. The final quiz is as simple as the course. It's taken online at Driving University and takes 10 minutes or so. It's graded automatically and your Arizona defensive driving school certificate is generated. The Fort Apache Court is notified by Driving University of your completion.
