After taking the course, you can take the final quiz, online at Driving University, in front of any notary public. If you're taking defensive driving for a reason other than ticket dismissal, you are not required by the State of Arizona to use a notary public. Notary publics are state certified to witness and stamp signatures. The Arizona final quiz is not at all tricky or difficult; it's taken from DrivingUniversity.com and will only take about 10 minutes. The defensive driving quiz is graded electronically and Driving University will then notify the Arizona Court of your successful completion.
