A. Since Court fees vary from court to court, the cost of the course varies depending on which court issued your ticket. Click here for additional details. If you're taking the course for any other reason other than 'Court', the only cost of the course is $35.

Q. Can you send the Certificate of Completion to me using Express Delivery?
A. Yes. If you're in a hurry and need your Certificate right away, select the Express Delivery option on the Sign Up and DrivingUniversity.com will have your Certificate delivered to you by Express Delivery/Next Day ($22.75). Complete the course by 2pm PT and we'll send your Certificate that SAME DAY! Express Delivery is available Monday through Friday. In some rural areas, Express Delivery time can be two days.

Q. How will I receive my Certificate of Completion?
A. DrivingUniversity.com will send your Certificate of Completion by First Class Mail to the Court so that you don't have to. Plus, we'll also send a Certificate to you. Complete the course by 2pm PT, and we will send your Certificates that SAME DAY!

Q. Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
A. No. You may start and stop the DrivingUniversity.com course as often as you like until you have completed the course; log-in and out as your schedule permits. When you log back in, you'll be taken back to the last page you visited before logging out.

Q. How long does the course last?
A. As a requirement of the Arizona Supreme Court, the length of the course is 5 ½ hours.

Q. Do I have to notify the Court after I finish the course?
A. No, DrivingUniversity.com will do that for you. After completing the course, DrivingUniversity.com will notify the citation issuing court of your completion. Finish the final quiz by 2 pm PT Monday-Friday and we will process your completion that same day!

Q. Is there a time limit to complete the course?
A. When taking the course for ticket dismissal, the State of Arizona requires you to take your final quiz within 7 days after completing the course material.

A. More than likely, the answer is yes. Many Arizona courts permit drivers to take the course online. You may want to call the court to verify or you may call or send an email to us.

Q. Can I take the final quiz from my computer and how long will it take?
A. When taking the course for ticket dismissal, the Arizona Supreme Court requires drivers taking an online defensive driving course to complete the final quiz of the course in the presence of ANY notary public, from any state, where photo ID can be shown to the notary before taking the quiz. The quiz is not difficult or tricky. It's taken from the DrivingUniversity.com website and will take about 10 minutes to complete. Click here for details about this State requirement. If you're taking the course for any reason other than 'Court' (insurance discount for example), you do not need to take the course in the presence of a notary.

Q. What if I don't pass the final quiz?
A. It's not very likely since the questions on the final quiz are covered in the course. Pay attention and/or keep notes of the questions in the course. The Arizona Supreme Court allows a person to take the final quiz twice.
