Express Delivery is available for delivery Monday through Friday, and in some areas, Express Delivery time can be two days.

DMV after I finish the course?

will notify the Alaska DMV within one business day and send your Certificate of Completion to you. Finish the final quiz by 2 pm PT Monday-Friday and we will report your completion to the DMV that same day! Completions after 2pm will be reported the following business day.

the final quiz from my computer and how long will it take?
A. The Alaska Department
of Motor Vehicles requires the final quiz be taken at one of our approved
quiz locations after presenting photo ID.
The quiz is all multiple choice, taken from the

The material in this Alaska DMV defensive driving course is made up of driving safety techniques and tips along with multiple choice questions. Don't worry, if you miss a question, answer it correctly and move on. There is a final quiz that follows the Alaska traffic school course with multiple choice questions. The DMV requires you to make an 80% in order to pass the course. Make less than 80% and you need to re-take just the quiz until you score 80% or higher - no extra charges. (details).

The Alaska DMV Certificate of Completion
Your defensive driving Certificate of Completion will be processed the same day you finish the online traffic school. If you complete the course after 2pm PT or on the weekend, your Alaska Certificate will be mailed the following day. If you’re taking defensive driving for court, deliver your Certificate to the court after your receive it.

Failure is not accepted at the Driving University defensive driving school. At the end of the Driving University traffic school course is the final quiz made up of multiple choice questions about the course. Nearly everyone scores much higher than the 80% required to pass the online driving school program. The few who do not score high enough to pass the defensive driving program on their first try can retake it is many times as they need to at no added cost.
