Time isn’t the only
thing you will be spending if you drive under the influence.
Towing and storage costs,
court costs, DUI classes, DUI fines: they all add up. The state is not going to make anything
easy for you. If you think that getting your driver's license the
first time was a bureaucratic hassle, wait until you try to get it
back. You will be wandering through a forest of red tape for years.
Was that last drink worth it?
| Your misery will only increase if you hurt or kill someone
while driving under the influence. The fines, jail time, and
license suspension time are greater. In addition to the
State's punishment, you can be hit with a civil lawsuit. Your
life can be ruined. But then, what is a fair price for
